Job Overview
The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading, scaling, and optimizing the company’s sales function. This role will oversee a team of sales and account managers, drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and develop initiatives to expand market share across multiple industries.
A successful candidate is a strong leader who can balance strategy with execution, motivate teams, and drive consistent revenue performance in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key verticals
- Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure team accountability to goals
- Driving CRM adoption and pipeline visibility across the team
- Oversee forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and channels for expansion
- Collaborate with marketing and operation teams to align on offerings and client needs
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and retention
- Participate in high-level deal negotiations and help close key accounts
- Support branding and go-to-market initiatives
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Experience in manufacturing or Industrial cleaning (Hydro blasting, Dry Ice, Industrial Vacuum)
- Strong understanding of B2B and account management sales models
- Preferred Experience
